I’ve been trying to get in touch with a customer for over a month, but she isn’t responding back. I want to send her stuff back but don’t know how. Can someone please tell me how to return Avon products customers don’t want?

I saw the commercial about hiring representatives, and I called them so somebody could talk to me about it. I am only 21. As far as customer service experience, I only have a few months of working with people. I also have a certificate in Office Occupations. Am I even qualified enough to be an Avon Representative?
